Zodiac ProJet 420 TC4
By combining a deep rigid hull with strong sponsons, the lightweight ProJet maintains exceptional stability, even at high speeds in high seas. The tubes are made of Zodiac’s exclusive SHARC™Duotex™fabric, with thermobonded seams that won’t come loose or unglued. This combination ensures superior strength and durability with an immaculate appearance. The tubes can also be removed to make the boat easier to handle and store.
The ProJet doesn’t sacrifice comfort for the sake of speed. In fact, it can accommodate up to 6 passengers comfortably, even while maintaining the superior handling and acceleration it’s known for. The ProJet also features standard equipment like a large aft locker, swimming platform, and a water ski towing ring. It also has a low-slung profile: the pilot seat backrest and steering wheel can be folded down for easy storage.
Like its's military brethren shown above, when it comes to performance, this boat is the second to none. The throttle is very responsive, and it can get up to top speed of 45 miles per hour in a matter of seconds. The deep V-shaped hull ensures a smooth ride, even in not-so-smooth waters, and jet propulsion allows for instant planing, even with multiple passengers on board. Furthermore, the ProJet’s high-capacity fuel tank provides for long-range cruising. All standard equipment, as well as electrical and fuel supply systems, has been designed to meet or exceed the stringent standards of ISO and ABYC.
